Synaxis is to be convoked and a new Superior General
                  elected. Her term of office will be till the next General
                  Synaxis. If the Superior Generalís office falls vacant for one
                  year or less, the Assistant Superior General takes up that
                  office.

            180 If the Superior General is seen to be misusing her office, the
                  Assistant Superior General, with the consent of the General
                  Councillors, brings the matter to the consideration of the
                  Archeparch.
            181 If the Superior General wants to resign from her office, the
                  Assistant Superior General in consultation with the General
                  Councillors  brings  the  matter  to  the  decision  of  the
                  Archeparch.
            182 It is to the Superior General that the General Councillors,
                  General Finance Officer, Auditor General, Secretary General
                  and Local Superiors have to submit their resignation.
                 Assistant Superior General
            183 The Assistant Superior General exercises her vicarious
                  authority in the name of the Superior General.  Even though

                  she has the powers of the Superior General on such occasions,
                  she is to execute only ordinary administrative affairs and
                  other indispensable things.
                 General Council
            184 The General Council comprises the Superior General and
                  her  Councillors. The  Superior  General  carries  out  her
                  administrative duties with the deliberative, decisive and co-
                  responsible assistance of the General Council.

            185 There shall be cordial unity and co-operation between the
                  Superior General and the Councillors; secrecy has to be kept
                  in  administrative  affairs.  The  Councillors,  by  well
                  deliberating and studying the issues and by offering creative
                  suggestions  and  opinions  in  view  of  the  good  of  the
