community, and functioned as a house of divine praise and
stream of Godís mercy, as all lived there, submitting
themselves to the holy will of God, and united in hard work,
                  prayer and trails of life.

68 The Holy Spirit and the Eucharist are the two invaluable gifts
which the Risen Christ has given his Bride, the Church. Ours
has to be a community of love that together grows, lives and
works by participating in the life given by the Spirit and is
nourished by the mystery of the Eucharist. We shall be

particularly strengthened by the love and sisterliness in our
community so that we may share the daily joys and sorrows
with interior delight and unity which are the special gifts
                                     12
                                               13
of the Spirit to be showered on us: so that we may mutually
bear our burdens with co-operation for the growth and well-
being of our community; and also so that our apostolic aim
                                         14
of transmitting Godís redeeming love to the orphans and
supportless may be realized with greater effectiveness.

Persons - a Gift to the Community 16

69 Just as community is a gift of the Lord to the members, each
member is a gift to the community. Therefore, superiors as
well as the members of the community should display care
and interest in accepting the individuals with their traits of
character and making them grow as useful members. 17
Similarly, the members are not to use their talents and abilities
just for self-exhibition or self-aggrandizement; on the
contrary, they are to develop their God-given talents in accord
with the will of God so as to be able to return them to the
Lord himself and to use them, as a matter of their free and
voluntary contribution, towards the growth and well-being
                  of the community. 18
