besides the consent of the concerned council, written

Leaving the Congregation and Dismissal 32
i. Candidates and Novices
209 The Superior General, after consulting her Council, has the
right to dismiss the candidates and novices found not fit for
living religious life in our Community. The reasons of their
dismissal must be clearly recorded in writing and preserved.
ii. Temporarily Professed Members
210 A temporarily professed member may freely leave the
Congregation, after informing the Superior General, at the
expiration period of her vows. A temporarily professed
member, if she, while remaining bound by her vows, wants
to leave the Congregation for a grave reason, submits her
request to the Superior General, and she, with the consent of
her Council and approval of the Archeparch, gives her the

indult of dispensation from the vows. As soon as the indult
is obtained and sister concerned is informed thereof, she is
dispensed from her vows and the law of the Congregation.
211 For just reasons the Superior General, after having consulted
her Council, can exclude a temporarily professed member
from renewing her vows or from making perpetual
profession.
