the Knānāya families, as well as the moral, pastoral and cultural situations
that they face. It is important to study the missions and responsibilities of
the Knānāya families in the contemporary context. It is also necessary to see
the challenges they face to carry out these missions and to preserve those
rich cultural and moral traditions in the modern world. An overview of the
Archdiocese will help us to understand better the situation:
